NOT 4yrs old, but with a little research into the paperwork discovered he is actually 11yrs old and had back surgery for a slipped disc 7yrs ago!! because he was paralyzed and only 7yrs old, they did the surgery so he could walk again, and he does, not normal but he gets around pretty darn good…
